Good question.
Mr. Schrag has worked the numbers and says that Greenland melting away would make ocean levels rise 3.5 meters.
The aforementioned coastline would look something like what is pictured below, in the classic before/after style.


I dont think any new levee system devised could save precious New Orleans from that.
