It's going to be interesting to see how long it actually takes them to build it.
I can't imagine it taking 30 years. That seems to glorify incompetence a bit too much.
Not only that, but in 30 years it'll be obsolete.
Once the first one goes up the consecutive ones should be easier. The subsidies given to the nuclear industry provided the mechanism for their spread - regardless of propaganda.
I see this as a good and bad thing, but my support would be more enthusiastic if there were a concerted international effort to get the plant working ASAP. A global "Philadelphia Project", if you will.
